At FurZoo, we want every pet parent in our jungle family to be 100% satisfied. If something isn't right, we will do everything we can to make it right. No runaround, no jungle of red tape — just honest, straightforward service.

 

1.  Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

 

Items Eligible for Return

       Items in their original, unused condition with all original packaging

       Defective or damaged items upon arrival

       Items that do not match their description on our website

       Wrong item received

 

Items NOT Eligible for Return

       Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition

       Items returned after the 30-day window without prior authorization

       Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions

       Perishable goods or hygiene products that have been opened

 

2.  How to Request a Return

Starting a return at FurZoo is simple. Follow these steps:

 

       Step 1 — Email us at woroo1404@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return

       Step 2 — Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label

       Step 3 — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the instructions provided

       Step 4 — Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days

 

Do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.

 

3.  Refunds

3.1  Approved Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

 

3.2  Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be issued:

       Items returned with obvious signs of use or missing components

       Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (at our discretion)

 

3.3  Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval:

       Check your bank account again

       Contact your credit card company — it may take a few business days to appear

       If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at woroo1404@gmail.com

 

4.  Damaged or Defective Items

We take product quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

       Contact us within 7 days of delivery at woroo1404@gmail.com

       Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect

       We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping

 

You will never be charged for return shipping on defective, damaged, or incorrect items. That is our promise.

 

5.  Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at woroo1404@gmail.com with:

       Your order number

       A photo of the item you received

We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item at no cost to you.

 

6.  Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

 

Defective / Damaged

FurZoo covers 100% of return shipping

Wrong Item Sent

FurZoo covers 100% of return shipping

Change of Mind

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Does Not Fit / Not as Expected

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

 

7.  Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you would like a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

 

To request an exchange, contact us at woroo1404@gmail.com with your order number and the details of what you would like instead.

 

8.  Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel:

       Email woroo1404@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number

       If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process once it arrives

 

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. We strongly encourage you to contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

 

9.  Quebec Consumer Protection Act

As a Quebec-based store, FurZoo complies fully with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (Loi sur la protection du consommateur). Under this law:

       Merchants must honour the return and refund policy they have publicly stated

       Consumers have legal protections against misleading advertising and unfair commercial practices

       Products must conform to their description — if they do not, consumers are entitled to a remedy

       Refunds must be issued in a timely manner once a valid return is accepted

 

If you believe your consumer rights have not been respected, you may contact the Office de la protection du consommateur at www.opc.gouv.qc.ca.
